About the Founder

Navneet Sharma is the Founder–Director of PoliMitraa Consulting Private Limited and the President of Namaskar Foundation. Holding a B.Tech, MBA, and a Diploma in CAD, he brings over a decade of expertise in Public Relations, Election Management, and Corporate Branding. He played a key role in the 2022 Uttar Pradesh Assembly Elections, working closely with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on strategy and execution, and has since been actively involved in election campaigns across multiple states for various political parties. Alongside his professional journey, he leads Namaskar Foundation, an NGO dedicated to education, skill development, environment, and cultural empowerment. Under his leadership, the foundation has collaborated with ISRO, IITs, IIITs, and NITs to create impactful opportunities for youth. Having organized and participated in social and developmental initiatives across 24 Indian states, he is deeply familiar with the ground realities, cultural diversities, and socio-political dynamics of the country. This pan-India exposure strengthens his ability to craft strategies that resonate with people at the grassroots level. With more than a decade of experience as a political consultant, Navneet has honed expertise in public relations, narrative building, stakeholder engagement, mass media management, event management, and large-scale campaign execution, making him a trusted strategist in both political and corporate domains.

Co-Founder

Riya Mishra is the Co-Founder of PoliMitraa Consulting Pvt. Ltd. and a strategic communication professional working at the intersection of persuasive communication and stakeholder engagement. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and her professional journey has been shaped within academic ecosystems where complex conversations unfold across institutions, disciplines, and diverse stakeholder groups. She is currently working as an Academic Associate at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIM Bangalore) and has previously worked at the Indian Institute of Management Amritsar (IIM Amritsar). Her experience at these premier institutions has been instrumental in strengthening her capabilities in clarity of thought, structured communication, critical analysis, and precision. As Co-Founder, Riya brings a deep understanding of how communication functions in real-world decision-making environments. Through her work in settings that bring together academia, government officials, senior professionals, industry practitioners, and students, she has closely observed how narratives are shaped, credibility is built, and communication influences outcomes—enabling her to design communication strategies that are context-sensitive and strategically aligned. She also brings a strong research orientation to her leadership role, having been part of national and international research collaborations. Working with global research teams has enhanced her understanding of public discourse, narrative framing, and the role communication plays in shaping perception across societies. Riya believes that communication is not merely about expression, but about strategy, responsibility, and impact.

Media & Narrative Specialist

Sai Kumar Anupam is a seasoned Media and Narrative Specialist with a Master’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from the Central University of Haryana. He has played pivotal roles in shaping political narratives and executing communication strategies for leading campaigns and organizations, including JDU, AAP (Chhattisgarh Project), Inclusive Minds (Haryana Project), and I-PAC (Jan Suraaj Initiative). With professional stints at reputed media houses such as Network18, News Nation, and ETV Bharat, Anupam brings a sharp blend of newsroom insights and political communication expertise. His strength lies in crafting compelling stories, driving media strategy, and building narratives that connect deeply with people.

Head – Strategy & Analytics

Akshat Singh, an engineering professional from IIT Delhi, serves as Head – Strategy & Analytics, leading data-led strategy and analytical planning for complex political campaigns and corporate initiatives. He holds B.Tech and M.Tech degrees, bringing strong technical depth and analytical rigor to his strategic role. He has played a decisive role across multiple high-stakes political campaigns and corporate initiatives, contributing to campaign architecture, narrative prioritization, audience segmentation, and strategic resource deployment. His core strength lies in translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that directly inform communication strategy and on-ground execution. Known for his precision and structured approach, Akshat ensures that strategy remains measurable, adaptive, and outcome-driven. He believes successful campaigns are built on insight-led thinking, disciplined execution, and intelligent use of analytics to influence perception, momentum, and results.

Social Media Strategist

Tarun Rao Chandel is a media and social media management professional specializing in digital campaigns, content strategy, Meta Ads, impactful content creation, digital storytelling, and PR coordination. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communication (MCU), Bhopal—Asia’s largest media university—with formal training in Mass Communication and Media Business Management. He has worked with key government departments, including the Madhya Pradesh Public Works Department and the Department of Backward Classes and Minorities Welfare, contributing to communication planning, public outreach initiatives, and digital engagement strategies. Tarun has managed and executed election campaigns across more than five states, operating at assembly, constituency, and local levels. In addition, his newsroom experience with Hindi Khabar has strengthened his understanding of media narratives, real-time communication dynamics, and public perception management.
